Raspberry Yogurt Ice Pops Recipe

June 16, 2025By 0

These Raspberry Yogurt Ice Pops are incredibly easy to make and need only 5 ingredients. They are made with whole raspberries, yogurt, cream, vanilla and are sweetened with honey. This makes them a healthy alternative to store bought ice pops as they contain whole fruit and a little protein from the yogurt. I used Skyr yogurt which tends to have more protein in it but you can use Greek, natural or even kefir yogurt to make these.

So how do I make these Raspberry Yogurt Ice Pops from scratch?

These ice pops are very simple to make. Just take all ingredients and blend them until completely smooth. Pour into ice pop moulds, taking care not to over fill them. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is there cream in this recipe?

It probably seems a bit strange to add cream into a recipe like this. However, we add the cream because we want the fat in the cream to help create a smooth ice pop by helping prevent large ice crystals forming.

Can I use other fruits in this recipe?

Yes absolutely, you could use any other berry in this recipe. Just make sure to taste the mixture after blending for sweetness. You may need more honey if the berries are quite sour.

Do I use fresh or frozen raspberries for this recipe?

I used frozen raspberries in this recipe but you can use fresh too!
