Rhubarb Gin Cosmo Cocktail
A spin on the classic Cosmopolitan cocktail using rhubarb gin and rhubarb stewing liquid.
Equipment
- 1 cocktail shaker and strainer optional
- 1 cocktail glass
Ingredients
- 25 ml rhubarb gin 1/2 shot
- 25 ml cointreau 1/2 shot
- 25 ml lime juice 1/2 shot
- 100 ml rhubarb stewing liquid 2 shots
- 1 handful ice
Instructions
- Place the ice into the cocktail shaker and pour over the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake well for 20-30 seconds.
- Strain and pour into cocktail glass. Serve with a slice of lime or lime zest.
- If you don't have a cocktail shaker, simply combine all ingredients in a jug, mix together and let sit for a minute or two to allow the ice to cool the drink.
- Pour into cocktail glass while straining out the ice.
