Sugared Pecans & Pumpkin Seeds
A simple way to sweeten up pumpkin seeds. Perfect as garnish for pumpkin flavoured desserts, ice creams, pancakes, porridge, you name it!

- 200 grams pumpkin seeds
- 200 grams chopped pecans
- 100 grams icing sugar
- 40 grams egg white
Preheat oven to 160° for normal ovens 150°c for fan assisted.
Mix everything together and spread out in a single layer onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-20 minutes, making sure to take out the tray every 5 minutes and give a quick stir to ensure even cooking.
Allow to cool and sprinkle over your favourite dessert!
