  • Hand Blender or small food processor

  • Medium Bowl
  • Rubber spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams strawberries, stems removed fresh or frozen
  • 100 grams water
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 100 ml gin

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, add the de stemmed strawberries, water and sugar. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes until the strawberries have softened.
  • Using a hand blender, or a small food processor, blend the strawberries until smooth.
  • Pour through a sieve into a medium sized bowl.
  • Add the gin and whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour into a loaf tin and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
