Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams apple
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 100 grams water

Instructions
 

  • Begin by peeling the apples and removing the cores.
  • Cut the apples into chunks and place into a saucepan or deep sided pan along with the water and sugar.
  • Cook on a low heat, stirring often for 15-20 minutes until the apples have softened and started to break down.
  • Serve warm or allow to cool fully before placing into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
