Baby Guinness Shot
A shot made with coffee flavoured liqueur topped with Irish cream liqueur layered to look like a tiny pint of Guinness
Equipment
- 1 shot glass
- 1 teaspoon
Ingredients
- Coffee Liqueur like Kahlua or Tia Maria
- Irish Cream Liqueur like Baileys
Instructions
- Get a shot glass and fill about 2/3 with coffee liqueur.
- Place a teaspoon upside down, with the bottom side facing up into the shot glass at a diagonal angle. It should barely touch the coffee liqueur.
- Slowly pour Irish cream liqueur over the top of the spoon, allowing it to coat the back of the spoon as it pours into the shot until the shot glass is full.
- Leave for 1 minute for the shot to settle.
- Drink in one go.
