White Chocolate Coconut Martini Cocktail Recipe

This White Chocolate Coconut Martini Cocktail is absolutely divine. It’s smooth, creamy and luxurious, flavoured with white chocolate, coconut and just a hint of vanilla. It’s like an adult milkshake that is truly a joy to drink. It really reminds me of a liquid form of that Christmas coconut marshmallow, Tunnocks Snowballs.

So how do I make this White Chocolate Coconut Martini Cocktail from scratch?

This cocktail is super easy. Simply throw a handful of ice into a cocktail shaker or tall glass. Pour over 1 shot of white chocolate liqueur, 1 shot of coconut rum, a dash of vanilla and 3 shots of coconut milk. Shake well for 20-30 seconds until combined and chilled. Pour into a prepared cocktail glass and serve immediately.

To make this look extra fancy, you can carefully dip the rim of the cocktail glass into coconut milk. Then, gently dip into dessicated coconut.

What are the best spirits to use for this cocktail?

Coconut Rum

I opted for a Malibu Coconut Rum in this recipe, however you could use any spirit that is coconut based. This include;
