Whipped Ganaches are one of my all time favourite frostings for cupcakes They are super light and airy yet smooth and creamy all at the same time. It’s not cloyingly sweet like typical buttercream and a lot more stable than plain whipped cream. A whipped ganache base is typically made by melting down cream along with some kind of chocolate (white, milk, dark etc.) and allowed to cool fully before whipping into a thick, pipeable consistency.
This Milk Chocolate Whipped Ganache Recipe that I used on my Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe is so simple to make, takes only 2 ingredients (milk chocolate and cream) and is absolutely delicious!
A firm favourite of mine is this divine Peanut Butter White Chocolate Whipped Ganache. It’s light and airy without being too heavy on the peanut butter.

This Coffee Dark Chocolate Whipped Ganache is rich and decadent. The coffee really helps accentuate the dark chocolate flavours. A truly luxurious whipped ganache.
This Blueberry White Chocolate Whipped Ganache is best made with tart blueberries to really enhance that blueberry flavour.
This Rhubarb White Chocolate Whipped Ganache is packed full of flavour with a tangy rhubarb twist.
This Coconut White Chocolate Whipped Ganache is absolutely delicious and reminds me of the Brazilian sweet, beijinho. It’s got an extra kick from a generous shot of Malibu too.
Due to the addition of fresh passionfruit puree, this Passionfruit White Chocolate Whipped Ganache is not quite as stable as the other whipped ganaches. It is incredibly flavourful but it tends to deflate and melt quite quickly at room temperature so move quick with this one!
This Blackberry White Chocolate Ganache packs a real punch with blackberry flavour. To get that really intense blackberry favour, we use freeze dried blackberry powder along with blackberry gin.
Similar to the passionfruit ganache, this Mango White Chocolate Whipped Ganache is slightly more soft than the other ganache recipes. As such, ensure you work quickly with this ganache whenever it’s out of the fridge.
