What type of Apples are the best for baking?

Hands down, I would say I have found Bramley Apples to be the best for baking. They are tarts and cook quickly. As I live in Ireland, we have an abundance of these apples thankfully. If you can’t get your hands on these tyes of apples, you can use tart apples such as Granny Smith, Braeburn, or Pink Lady.

1. Apple White Chocolate Ganache
